Prophetic World Events To Watch For

Prophetic voices have sounded warnings for some time, pointing to the ominous signs about the world’s end. Some foretell a crisis that will signal a massive change in our world. This is clearly reflected in the titles of several best-selling books pointing in that direction. There exists a profound feeling of unease to what the future holds for all of us. We have reached a point of no return. The forces of ingenuity made possible by the techno-scientific community are now great enough to literally destroy the earth and all of its inhabitants. We are truly headed for the greatest crisis in all of human history. Are we truly living in the time of the end? Religious people are not the only ones asking this crucial question. In today’s message we are going to discuss with you scenarios of prophetic world events to watch for based on Bible before the second-coming of Yahshua, the Savior of mankind. As always we will let the Bible interpret itself as we ask the guidance and wisdom of the Holy Spirit to share with you future news in which you’ll have the opportunity to read here today!

As there are visible signs of coming weather and seasonal change, so there are signs to look for in world conditions before the coming return of Yahshua Messiah! Yahshua spoke of major prophecies concerning end-time events in the Bible. They are recorded in Mark 13, Luke 21, and Matthew 24, also known collectively as the Olivet Prophecy. Yahshua was asked by his disciples: “When will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” (Matthew 24:3). Yahshua responded with a description of conditions and events that would lead up to His second-coming. He said that when these signs became evident, His return would occur in one generation (Matthew 24:34). Could this age be that generation He was referring to? Sadly, many “fake” ministers and “false” prophets have spoken about Yahshua’s return very specifically mentioning the year, month, or day, and so forth. Of course, they all turned out to be wrong! Why? Because only the Father in heaven Yahweh knows when the return of His Begotten Son Yahshua Messiah is going to be! (Matthew 24:36; Mark 13:32). The purpose of this message is to give Christians hope for the future and lead them to live transformed lives, submitting themselves to Almighty Yahweh’s righteous rule in their lives.

Without further ado, in no specific order, the following are the world events to watch for prior to the imminent return of Yahshua Messiah:

• Watch for the continual decline of the English-speaking nations.
• Watch for the continual moral and cultural degradation of the U.S. and U.K.
• Watch for the U.S. to become a secular, post-Christian nation in values and beliefs.
• Watch for fragmentation in the U.K., with Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland perhaps seeking independence from England.
• Watch for increased cultural and moral tensions in the U.S. as the nation becomes so hardened in opposite views that virtually nothing can receive broad support.
• Watch for the U.S. to eventually lose influence in the world as power becomes more based on economy and currency rather than simply on military strength.
• Watch for Australia to lose its stability and fall into deeper problems.
• Watch for the continued unification or restructuring of the European Union into a merging of 10 powerful nations or groups of nations with the world’s largest economy that will dominate the world.
• Watch for the decline of the democratic influence in the European Union and a drift into autocratic leadership, most likely dominated by Germany.
• Watch for the people of the world to look to a man to save them—trading their freedom for rescue from total societal collapse. The world may be in such disarray that people are happy to have someone take charge.
• Watch for other nations to follow Britain in seeking to leave the European Union as Europe moves away from democratic principles. It could be that this is how there will be just 10 national rulers handing over power in the final union, as the Bible’s book of Daniel and Revelation both prophesied.
• Watch for the continued decline of Russia as it finds itself outside of both Europe and Asia.
• Watch for the buildup of European military might, where Germany leads.
• Watch for the increasing prominence of a powerful false church with influence worldwide—over “peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues” (Revelation 17:1, 15).
• Watch for a church that commits “fornication” with the world’s political leaders—compromising principles and exchanging favors.
• Watch the increasing influence of a church considered the “mother” of many other churches.
• Watch for a church whose teachings and practices originated in the ancient Babylonian mystery religion.
• Watch for a church responsible for the persecution and martyrdom of many true Christians down through history.
• Watch for increased tension between the Muslim world and Christianity—tension that will eventually result in war, as foretold in Daniel 11 of the Bible.
• Watch for regional trading blocs in North America, Europe and Asia to become powerful political partners leading to trade wars between the different regions of the world.
• Watch for a full-scale war to break out in the Middle East.
• Watch for Israel and Jerusalem to be at the center of a very intense conflict.
• Watch for the rise of the “king” of the North in Europe and the “king” of the South in the Islamic and Arab world, leading to a conflict of ideology between the West and Islam, between North and South, as prophesied in the Bible’s book of Daniel.
• Watch for China to become a dominant financial and military power in Asia, as its growing economy and military modernize.
• Watch for unstable peace between many Asian nations leading to warfare. Problems between India and Pakistan will continue.
• Watch for political instability in India as people there seeks greater political freedom and wealth.
• Watch for growing cooperation and partnership between many Asian powers, including China, Russia, Iran and India.
• Watch for the true Church or Assembly of Yahweh, including our ministry, to preach the true Gospel until it is prevented from doing so.
• Watch for the true Church or Assembly of Yahweh, including our ministry, to be increasingly persecuted by governments and the public for preaching and obeying the true Gospel of Heavenly Father Yahweh, such as the observance of Yahweh’s seventh-day Sabbath and His annual festivals, rejection of Christmas and Easter, upholding of Yahweh’s dietary laws, and the biblical belief in Elohim Yahweh’s family and the rejection of the unbiblical concept of the Trinity.
• Watch for Almighty Yahweh to use 2 uniquely called individuals to receive international media attention as they powerfully preach a warning message to repent of sin to the entire world.
• Watch for the Creator Yahweh to use the technologies that mankind has discovered to instantly reach billions of people of all languages with His true Gospel and warning messages.
• Watch for the Most High Yahweh’s true Church or Assembly, those “who keep the commandments of Yahweh and have the testimony of Yahshua Messiah” (Revelation 12:17) to become more zealous and committed disciples.

In closing, in light of the many prophecies about the end of this age, what can you do? What should you do? You should study the prophecies of the Bible and how they relate to national and world events. Understand the importance of your personal relationship with your Creator. Prove for yourself that the Bible is Yahweh’s Word. Find out what Church or Assembly Yahweh is presently working, and see how He may be leading you to become more involved in His ministry. When informed about a tragedy, Yahshua Messiah responded by saying to those around Him: “Do you suppose that these were worse sinners than all other, because they suffered such things? I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish” (Luke 13:2-3). Therefore, Yahweh “now commands all men everywhere to repent” (Acts 17:30). You must turn from your wicked ways, which are bringing the world to the brink of disaster, and turn to Him! Better understand what our Heavenly Father Yahweh reveals about current events and His coming Kingdom. Yahshua Messiah clearly tells us, “When you see all these things, recognize that He is near, right at the door” (Matthew 24:33).
