The Holy Spirit: Divine Presence, Power And Mind Of Yahweh

What does the Bible teach about the Holy Spirit? What is the Holy Spirit and where does it come from? Is the Holy Spirit the “third person” in the so-called “Trinity” doctrine that’s being promoted by so many religious leaders, and which are also being taught by most Bible teachers and preachers out there today? Don’t you know that correctly understanding the truth that the Holy Spirit is the power and mind of Almighty Yahweh can unlock the Bible truths and transform the life of a faithful Christian to better understand Yahweh’s purpose and will for his or her life? As always, we will let the Holy Spirit guide and help us to teach you and we will let the Bible interpret itself. From all of us, let this also be a warning message and a faithful teaching to the many religious “leaders” and “preachers” out there and to those who call themselves “Christians” but do not follow or obey and do not correctly teach or preach what the Holy Spirit really is all about! Come and join us again as we present to you very plainly and very clearly the Bible truth about the Holy Spirit of Yahweh!

But first, and foremost, we want you to understand that Yahshua the Messiah promised to send His followers the Holy Spirit of Yahweh as a “Helper” (John 14:16). But Yahshua the Messiah also promised the most horrible consequence to all those who will blaspheme the Holy Spirit of His Father, the Almighty Yahweh. These are the powerful words of truth and warning from the Bible from our Master Yahshua the Messiah: “Assuredly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they may utter; but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal condemnation” (Mark 3: 28-29). From the Bible our Savior Yahshua said it once again: “Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men. Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him either in this age or in the age to come” (Matthew 12: 31-32). We pray the truth of the Holy Spirit has come to you now as you read this! As the apostle John said: “Sanctify them by Your truth. Your Word is truth” (John 17:17).

A true comfort and reassurance only come from Yahweh’s Spirit dwelling in all of His true and faithful followers. The true Christians need not worry about what may happen to them as the Spirit of Yahweh gives us the blessed assurance that whatever happens at the present time, and the future, will work out for the good “to those who love Yahweh, to those who are the called ones according to His (Yahweh) purpose” (Romans 8:28). When we have the Holy Spirit of Yahweh we can begin to look at this present life and this present world very differently when compared to unbelievers. Why? Because true and faithful followers of Yahweh have a genuine peace and love that’s flowing within their hearts and minds. The Holy Spirit of Yahweh enable us, true Christians, to obey Yahweh and grow in His way, rather than in our way, while we’re still living in this physical life on this earth. Yahweh’s Holy Spirit prepare His chosen people to be righteous and holy right now as we look into the future to meet our own Master, our Holy Savior, and our Righteous King, Yahshua!

Meanwhile, the Creator and Almighty Yahweh gives true Christians divine help through His Holy Spirit. The people of Yahweh must understand what it means to be “led by the Spirit.” Why? Because without the power of Yahweh’s Spirit we can have no deep, close relationship with our Holy Father (Yahweh), nor can we become His children. By reading through the full-Gospel or all of the Bible (Old and New Testament), true Christians will understand that the Holy Spirit keeps them in contact with Yahweh’s mind, as the apostle John had wrote: “Now he who keeps His Commandments abides in Him, and he in Him. And by this we know that He abides in us by the Spirit (which) He has given us.” (1 John 3:24). Yahweh’s Holy Spirit also inspires a deeper understanding of His Word, purpose and will. Here’s what the apostle Paul said: “But as it is written, eye has not seen nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which Yahweh has prepared for those who love Him. But Yahweh has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of Yahweh. For what man knows the things of a man except (by) the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of Yahweh except (by) the Spirit of Yahweh.” (1 Corinthians 2:9-11). This means without Yahweh’s Spirit a person cannot understand and obey Yahweh’s divinely expressed Word and will no matter how hard they try! They are simply doomed! As the apostle Paul wrote in the Bible: “for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned (1 Corinthians 2:14)

Furthermore, the Holy Spirit of Yahweh convicts the conscience of His people and helps them see sin as it really is. Note that after Yahshua’s death and resurrection He told his disciples that the Holy Spirit would “convict the world of sin” (John 16:8). The Spirit of Yahweh produces a holy fruit in us. The apostle Paul says the Holy Spirit of Yahweh produces “love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control” (Galatians 5:22-23). If a true Christian have these holy characters in him or her, that Christian will be blessed and will receive exceedingly great and precious promises into the coming Kingdom of our Master and Savior Yahshua (2 Peter 1:4). Additionally, the Spirit of Yahweh also comforts, encourages and helps His people. As we talked earlier, Yahshua the Messiah, promised to send His faithful followers the Holy Spirit of Yahweh as a “Helper” or “Comforter” to them. Yahweh’s true people or genuine Christians have the Holy Spirit of Yahweh dwells in us that we are called the children of Yahweh (Romans 8:14-17).

But how can a person receive the Holy Spirit of Almighty Yahweh? As outlined in the Bible there are a series of vital steps, or factors, a person must do for that to happen, including the awareness of the committed sin itself (a person has to acknowledge that he or she sinned or transgressed against Yahweh’s Law) (1 John 3:4), a genuine awareness of the need for forgiveness (A person has to believe that he or she is a sinner who need forgiveness from Yahweh), true repentance (turning completely away from sin to obedience to Yahweh), faith toward Almighty Yahweh and Yahshua the Messiah, and a clear understanding of the obligations of a true Christian to Yahweh and Yahshua. After a person genuinely commits himself or herself on these things that the individual is truly ready for baptism. What does the Bible say about the correct way or form to get baptized? There is only one way or form to do it, and that is by complete immersion (fully submerged, not sprinkle) in water that’s supervised by a genuine servant/s of Yahweh, followed by the laying on of hands and prayer of the genuine servant/s on the individual to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit! The apostle Paul showed us the correct Biblical practice of laying on of hands for the receiving of Yahweh’s Spirit as mentioned in the Bible (Acts 8:17; Acts 19:6; 2 Timothy 1:6). Read your Bible and take notice for yourselves how the apostle Paul did it on counseling the believers, and baptizing them, and laid hands on them (Acts 19:1-6).

Finally, the term “Holy Spirit” is from the Hebrew word ruach qodesh. The word spirit is derived from the Hebrew ruach, occuring 389 times in the Old Testament. That includes 232 times as “spirit,” 92 times as “wind,” and 27 times as “breath” in the King James Version of the Bible. On one hand, the Greek word for Spirit is pneuma; to breathe, blow, primarily denotes the wind. Also, the Holy Spirit is described as being poured in both the Old and the New Testament (Isaiah 32:15; Isaiah 44:3; Acts 2:17). Additionally, the Holy Spirit is described as something that can be stirred up (2 Timothy 1:6), quenched (1 Thessalonians 5:19), renewed (2 Corinthians 4:16), and shed (Titus 3:5-6; Acts 2:33). Think and analyze! If the Holy Spirit was, or is a being, can it shed itself onto another? Can it be poured into another? In addition, the Holy Spirit is described as appearing as a “dove” (Matthew 3:16; Mark 1:10; Luke 3:22; John 1:32) and as “tongues of fire” (Acts 2:3). Yahshua Himself compared the Holy Spirit with “living water” (John 7:37-39). These attributes are far more fitting for a power than a person. It can be further illustrated that the Holy Spirit is not a separate being from Yahweh and Yahshua, but an inanimate power that proceeds from Almighty Yahweh Himself!

In summary, if we may, let us give you additional Bible facts or Biblical truths about the Holy Spirit of Yahweh. There is no evidence in the Bible (both Old and New Testaments) that Almighty Yahweh and the Savior Yahshua of Nazareth communicate with the Holy Spirit. There is no instance that both the Heavenly Father Yahweh and His Son Master Yahshua the Messiah prayed to or prayed with the Holy Spirit. There’s nowhere in the Bible (both Old and New Testaments) is the Holy Spirit called the “third person” or even “person” of the Spirit, or “Spirit being.” Just think and analyze again! If the Holy Spirit was, or is a separate individual, as are the Heavenly Father and His Savior Son, then it should at least have a personal name as do Yahweh the Father and Yahshua the Son! Yet, the Holy Spirit remains nameless in all of the pages of the Bible, adding to the evidence or fact that the Holy Spirit is a power of Yahweh and not a being or person! The people of Yahweh or the true Christians know that Yahshua the Messiah was conceived by the Holy Spirit (Matthew 1:20), therefore, if the Holy Spirit was a person then Yahshua prayed to the wrong “father” in the Bible (John 17) and other Books in the Holy Scriptures. But it all makes sense if He prayed to His Father Yahweh who created Him by the power of Yahweh’s Spirit! Yahshua prayed to and addressed His Father Yahweh, not the Holy Spirit, as His Father (Matthew 10:32, 33; 11:25-27; 12:50; 15:13; 16:17,27; 18:10,35). Yahshua the Messiah never represented the Holy Spirit as His Father! Very clearly, the Holy Spirit is Yahweh’s divine presence, power and mind by which He begets us as His children, and that the Holy Spirit is not a being or a person being preached and taught in many different churches and religions today! May Almighty Yahweh and Savior Yahshua gives you the wisdom to learn Their ways and Their truths. From us, the small flock of Yahweh and Yahshua, peace and love to you all. Halleluyah!
