Getting To Know The Savior From The Bible

Getting to know the Savior from the Bible is priceless. Yes, this is your chance to know the biblical facts about the Messiah. Who is He? What does He look like? Where is He? And what is He doing now? Read through the end to discover the amazing truths about Him. Yes, many in the world, past or present, have no idea who the real Savior is and His true name. Are you one of them? Today we’re going to share with you the biblical and the amazing facts about the One true Messiah. His name is not what most of the peoples in this world think He is; far from it. As always, we will let the Bible interpret itself as we humbly ask Yahweh’s Holy Spirit to give us boldness to proclaim the real truth about the Savior of mankind. Please share this to your family and friends and be blessed for it.

The more we get to know the true name of the Messiah, the more we will experience the truth that He is our loving Savior. Naturally, we want to get to know more about our Redeemer’s precious name, who is the Lamb of Yahweh Almighty. You might be surprised to learn how many have accepted a shockingly false image of Yahshua and His teachings.

Even the apostle Paul saw this happening and warned the Corinthian brethren, “I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Yahshua. For if he who comes preaches another Yahshua whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted—you may well put up with it!” (2 Corinthians 11:3-4).

Yes, some of the brethren in Corinth were accepting a false gospel that taught a false Messiah. How can you be sure you know the true Savior? Remember that the Yahshua of the Bible observed the weekly seventh-day Sabbath—not Sunday! Mark 2:28 reminds us that He (Yahshua) is Master of the Sabbath. He (Yahshua) was born in the autumn, when shepherds were living in the fields (Luke 2:8). You may want to do your own research to learn whose ancient birthday was really celebrated on December 25.

Additionally, He (Yahshua) taught that we must keep the Ten Commandments. Read Matthew 19:17 and compare this with what so many falsely teach in Messiah’s name. Always remember that Yahshua kept all the biblical festivals and all the annual Holy Days. Note in John 7 Yahshua’s observance of the Feast of Tabernacles. Neither Yahshua nor His original disciples kept any of the pagan holidays, nor dressed them up with deceptive “Christian” names.

We urge you to read the New Testament with a fresh perspective and an open mind. Read what Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John wrote about King Yahshua. You need to study carefully and thoroughly know the real Yahshua (Savior of mankind) of the Bible. You will find Master Yahshua very different from the traditional images that are promoted around the world!

Do you know where Yahshua is right now? He is now at the right hand of His Father’s (Yahweh) throne in heaven (Romans 8:34). And what does He look like? The Bible gives us a description of His appearance, revealing that He is “clothed with a garment down to the feet and girded about the chest with a golden band. His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire; His feet were like fine brass, as if refined in a furnace, and His voice as the sound of many waters.” (Revelation 1:13-15).

Have you been taught to picture your Savior as a long-haired, bony individual with pale skin? And what is He (Yahshua) doing? He is your intercessor and High Priest! He was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin” (Hebrews 4:14-15). Not only is Yahshua Messiah doing His work in heaven, He’s also doing a work on the earth right now, preparing the way for His second coming! He commissioned His Church (we’re included) to proclaim His true Gospel. “And this Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come” (Matthew 24:14).

Notice that Yahshua’s Gospel is the Good News of the coming Kingdom of His Almighty Father Yahweh (Mark 1:14-15). Can you imagine anyone proclaiming loyalty and love for King Yahshua but opposing His Kingdom teachings? Sadly, most of the peoples, including many religious leaders are doing just that when they profess their allegiance to Yahshua but refuse to obey the Laws of His Kingdom! It doesn’t make sense, does it?

You may be familiar with what many call “the Master’s Prayer.” Regrettably, many professing Christians just repeat its words as a formula, without ever realizing that Yahshua spoke them as a “model” for our prayer, not a rote recitation (Matthew 6:9-13). Notice what Yahshua warned the disciples before giving them the model prayer: “And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words” (Matthew 6:7). Yes, Yahshua wants us to pray from the heart, not just to repeat mindlessly the holy words of “the Master’s Prayer”—or any other prayer!

Prayer will bring us closer to Yahweh and Yahshua as you let Them know your worries and desires. Pray for the gifts of the Holy Spirit of Yahweh Almighty. As you pray, remember to include one request that Yahshua asked us to pray: “Your Kingdom come” (Matthew 6:10). Yahshua will soon return to this earth as the King of kings and Prince of peace. He will transform this carnal, selfish, warring world, and the result will be a millennium of peace and prosperity. But how will you get to know the true Savior? By reading the Bible and following in Yahshua’s footsteps! Faith and obedience are both action words, not for lips service! Yes, preaching to the masses the exact things that He taught and emulating the exact things that He did! Anything less are unacceptable! It is preparing all of us to His coming Kingdom here on earth! That’s the Good News. But will you be ready? We hope. Yahshua told us, “He who believes and is baptized will be saved” (Mark 16:16).

In closing, getting to know the Savior from the Bible is truly a blessing! As believers, we must not forget that there is no forgiveness without repentance. Turning away from sin and obedience to the Law (Ten Commandments) is important for the believers to follow. Observe the Holy Days, not holidays. Ask for forgiveness and mercy directly from the Holy Father (Yahweh) through the Son (Yahshua) when you pray. When you become part of Elohim’s Church, you also become “sons and daughters” of the Almighty (2 Corinthians 6:18) and thus not only friends of our Master Yahshua but also brothers and sisters of His many other chosen ones. Yahshua is “the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6) Yes, Yahshua is the “resurrection and the life” (John 11:25). We read that “there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 14:12). Will you respond to His call? We hope you’re blessed by these biblical truths. May Yahweh keep and protect His faithful servants. We humbly pray these things to Almighty Yahweh in the name of Savior Yahshua, the Master and King, amen. Shalom, Halleluyah!

  1. The way I got to know Jesus and continue to strengthen my relationship with Him is the same as any other important relationship in my life, through spending time with Him, reading His Word in prayer, when I worship Him, meditating on His word, and more. The best thing in my life is Jesus and our relationship. I love it.
