Abomination Of Desolation, The Abomination Of Desolation

Bible’s Abomination Of Desolation

The Bible’s Abomination of Desolation is a topic of great significance to the believers of the Holy Scripture. Yes, this is a biblical subject of paramount importance that we must understand that the Savior of mankind Yahshua Himself warned, “Therefore when you see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (whoever reads, let him understand), then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let him who is on the housetop not come down to take anything out of his house. And let him who is in the field not go back to get his clothes. But woe to those who are pregnant and to those with nursing babies in those days! And pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath.” (Matthew 24:15-20). Why did the Messiah say that? Here’s why. Listen! “For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened” (Matthew 24:21-22). We hope you’ll have eyes to see and ears to hear this true and faithful Kingdom message. As always, we will let the Bible interpret itself (2 Timothy 3:16) as we humbly ask for the guidance of Yahweh’s Holy Spirit in discussing this heavenly message to all our readers.

Before we go deeper into this topic, you have to understand the setting up of the “abomination of desolation” is the one most important event signaling the beginning of the coming Great Tribulation! But what is the abomination of desolation? Where is it to be set up? Who, or what, does it represent? When will we see it in place? The book of Matthew in the Bible warned, “Whoever reads, let him understand,” so the Father in heaven Yahweh intends we should understand what Yahshua the Messiah meant—not be ignorant of one of the most important events in future history. Yahshua’s strange warning about an “abomination of desolation” simply meant a literal human idol, or idolatrous figure, to be set up in the holy place by the individual who would destroy Jerusalem, or cause it to become “desolate.” An “abomination” is something Yahweh detests; an idol of something, or someone who is worshiped in place of the true Elohim. Yahshua Messiah  specifically stated He was referring to the same thing written in the book of Daniel in Bible. Prophet Daniel’s prophecy mentions this “abomination” several times. Notice! “Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; but in the middle of the week He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering, and on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, even until the consummation, which is determined, is poured out on the desolate” (Daniel 9:27). Also, “And forces shall be mustered by him, and they shall defile the sanctuary fortress; then they shall take away the daily sacrifices, and place there the abomination of desolation” (Daniel 11:31).

Who is this individual that will lead, or start the abomination of desolation? Listen! This religious person is the great False Prophet of the Bible himself who claims absolute authority over his followers! His followers can have no direct access to Messiah, and through Yahshua the Messiah to the Father in heaven Yahweh, according to his false doctrine! Only when his people stay in his good graces, remain subservient, unquestioning, blind followers of him can they be considered “in the body,” and considered also as having a “true”spiritual relationship with Elohim. This false church leader is directly connected to the beginning of the Great Tribulation, which has as one of its main features the horrible martyrdom of saints! “And about the ten horns that were on its head, and about the other horn which came up, before which three fell, namely, that horn which had eyes and a mouth which spoke pompous words, whose appearance was greater than his fellows. I was watching; and the same horn was making war against the saints, and prevailing against them” (Daniel 7:20-21). “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake” (Matthew 24:9). This false human leader thinks to usurp the very Priesthood of Yahshua Himself. He teaches that no man or woman can approach Yahweh directly through Yahshua Messiah. They must always be channeled through this one human leader! This great false prophet’s very blasphemous and pompous ego will swell to the point that he will ensconce himself inside the holy temple in Jerusalem and actually claim to be divine! He’ll make the blasphemous claim that He’s Yahweh, the Elohim in heaven!

Furthermore, there are things the people on this earth, especially the saints of the Most High Yahweh, need to watch out for. If you see a coming ten nations all of a sudden intervene in the Middle East; if you see the head of a very popular church declare that he is going to move his “mother” church to Jerusalem—that the “one true church” according to him is going to go back to its ancient birthplace; if you see him declaring to all that Jerusalem should become an open, internationalized city, exempt from any military action, and then go there himself to insure it; if you see miracles performed; major “daughter” churches returning to the fold of their mother; if you see this man making great and pompous statements, accepting the acclamation of millions as the man who saved the world from annihilation of a possible nuclear destruction; if you see him revered almost like Messiah, acclaimed as if he were “Elohim,” then be very warned! For when you see such things happening you should know that the Great Tribulation is beginning! Should a famous religious leader, or a very blasphemous statue that millions have adored—be moved inside the holy temple in Jerusalem, then you will have seen the abomination set in place; and most assuredly, a very horrifying and unimaginable utter destruction will immediately follow! The consequences of all this to Israel and all the Israelite-descended nations are unspeakable!

Remember! The leader of this great false church is the false Prophet of Bible prophecy, the anti-Messiah! He is the “little horn” mentioned in the book of Daniel in Bible. He is the “man of sin” mentioned by the apostle Paul in his epistles at Thessalonica (2 Thessalonians 2). He is the “abomination of desolation” personified, for he is the one who actually will sit in the Temple of Yahweh, making the blasphemous claim that he is Elohim! Remember how Yahweh says the image of the beast, the false church, will have satanic power to perform miracles to delude and deceive millions? Notice! And then shall that “Wicked One” be revealed, whom Yahweh shall consume with the Spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming: “And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom Yahweh will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason Yahweh will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie” (2 Thessalonians 2:8-11). Did you catch that? Yahweh will give strong delusion to those unbelievers not loving the truth to believe and adore the lying wonders of this great false prophet!

In closing, the Bible’s Abomination of Desolation is very real! Yahweh’s Word (Bible) tells us to pay close attention, open our eyes, scrutinize our religion. Does it match with the authentic Christianity Yahshua the Messiah taught? Does your present church teach the very need to strive to obey the Ten Commandments of Yahweh with His help through Yahshua? Does it urge you to understand Yahweh’s plan for all mankind that He is working out through Yahshua? There are so many counterfeits out there that trick people into supporting false spiritual beliefs that oppose biblical truth and the true Elohim. Do not buy into it. The evil spirit of the anti-Messiah is not something restricted from the past. Even now Satan the devil and all of his deceitful ministers has corrupted the true teachings of Almighty Yahweh and Yahshua the Messiah. Today, now is the time to really get to know your heavenly Creator and Savior. Follow Yahshua, study the Bible carefully like the Bereans and know Elohim’s true Word (Bible). Do not be deceived! Do not follow man-made traditions (i.e. Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Sunday worship). Do not listen to false doctrines (i.e. Rapture, Evolution). Always be obedient and be faithful to Yahweh and you’ll reap your heavenly rewards in due time. Listen! “Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man (Yahshua Messiah) is coming at an hour when you do not expect Him” (Luke 12:40, Matthew 24:44). Do not forget the Messiah said, “many are called but few are chosen” (Matthew 22:14). Is Yahweh calling you today for a purpose and to be a part of His future Kingdom on this earth? Think about it. Then, pray about it, while there is still time. We hope that you’re enlightened by these words of witness and warning. May Yahweh continue to bless all of you who are obedient and faithful to Him. May love, peace, truth, mercy and grace be with us all. We humbly pray for these things to Yahweh through Yahshua Messiah our coming Savior, Master and King. Amen. Halleluyah, Shalom!
