Yahweh’s Halloween Warning Being An Occult Holiday

Celebrating Halloween or “All Hallowed Eve” is a tradition or practice by people that has a pagan origin. Every year millions of people around the world celebrate Halloween where children and adults put on costumes or disguise themselves, walk through neighborhoods, knock on doors, and speak the words “trick or treat,” expecting to receive candy or money. Very sadly, today many professing Christians and their churches are involved, sponsoring Halloween parties for children and adults, complete with scary-looking costumes, bizarre games and contests. Some adults even attend glitzy Halloween costume parties, dances and balls.

Where did Halloween came from? Well, its origins can specifically be traced to the ancient Celts and their Druid priests. Over 200 years later, the Irish potato famine of the 1840’s brought thousands of Irish immigrants to America, who in turn brought the Halloween custom with them. At that time Halloween was regarded as a night of fear and people stayed indoors to stay away from goblins and wandering demons. Only in modern times has Halloween developed into a festive time for both children and adults.

Halloween is the very exact opposite of true Christianity. Its images are images of death, blood, demons, ghosts, goblins, evil spiritism and Satanism. Further, Halloween glorifies the evil spirit realm – a realm composed of fallen angels or demons, and Satan, its ruler, who are opposed to Yahweh and to the truth. All this is absolutely contrary to Yahweh’s Word. Halloween is about the dead, whereas Yahweh is the Elohim of the living!

The apostle Paul in the Bible warned the people of Galatia about the works of the flesh, including the evil practice of sorcery, are those who will not inherit the Kingdom of Yahweh (Galatians 5:19-21). Aside from Halloween some of the occult and demonic practices used in ancient times and even in this generation include voodoo, make-believe magic, trance, levitation, witchcraft, snake charms, wicca, astrology, tattoology, tarrot card reading, quija boards, idolatry of pagan gods and goddesses, sacrificial killing of human lives, atheism, divination, black mass rituals and, of course, worshiping Satan.

The theme of Halloween is clearly and purely darkness. The apostle John states that “Yahweh is light and there is no darkness in Him (1 John 1:5). Yahshua the Messiah said “I am the light of the world; the one who follows Me shall never walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” (John 8:12). Yahshua also said “This people honors Me with their lips, but their hearts are far away from Me. But in vain do they worship Me, teaching for doctrine the commandment of men. For leaving the commandment of Yahweh, you hold fast the tradition of men. Yahshua continued saying “Full well do you reject the commandment of Yahweh, so that you may observe your own tradition nullifying the authority of the Word of Yahweh by your tradition which you have passed down; and you practice many traditions such as this.” (Mark 7:1-9,13)

In the Book of Revelation in the Bible Yahweh gives people who obey His commandments the hope to inherit all things and to become His children in His coming Kingdom (Revelation 21:7). But Yahweh also gives this strict warning to people who are disobedient to Him, including those doing sorcery and abominable things, to have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death. (Revelation 21:8). Will you obey Yahweh and His truth, or will you obey Satan and his deception? We pray and sincerely hope that Yahweh and Yahshua the Messiah open your eyes and ears to all His truth, love, mercy and grace.
